Since 1999, Indigo Training has been working with Whitehorse City Council on organisation wide Customer Focus Programs. Whitehorse City Council fully embraces Indigo Trainings Methodologies and Philosophies, and understands that the Cultural Change Process is ongoing, and not a one off training session that will ultimately become just another waste of much needed training funds.
We would like to thank Whitehorse City Council for recently inviting us to spend time with their transfer station employees to observe them at work. Indigo Training observed that their team has great customer focus and all team members truly enjoyed their work. (Rum really enjoyed his ride in one of their 44 Tonne trucks to the land fill)
