The E.Q.U.A.L philosophy has been around as long as Indigo Training. Created and Developed by Rum Charles, the E.Q.U.A.L philosophy is an exceptional learning tool for our participants. It can be applied to any situation that you will find in not only the business world, but also in your daily life. The E.Q.U.A.L philosophy allows you to truly understand customers (Internal and External), team members, managers and potential clients at all times with confidence.

EMPATHISE
Empathising with external factors – things we must remember.
How do we empathise with people and situations? Who needs my empathy? When can I empathise? Should we empathise with everyone?
QUESTION
Question to find out the issue
How do we effectively question and when is it appropriate? What types of questions are there and when do we use them?
UNDERSTAND
Understand a need and Focus on a Solution
What do I understand and how will it help me? How did I gain this understanding? What questions did I use?
ACTION
Ensure the Appropriate Action is taken
With all of the information I have gathered, what action can I take and will the one I choose be correct? Can I become more confident in my actions?
LEAD
How do I make my communications win/win and can I leave my ego to the side to ensure that the customer gets the best result for them whilst ensuring the best outcome for me and my organisation?
